Bee Safe Storage

Having to move my mom out of her apartment while she is hospitalized has been a difficult process but the customer service from Natalie was amazing. She was so helpful with figuring out the best size and welcomed me via the phone once I finalized my storage unit. The facility is clean and I feel safe that my mother’s belongings will be safe. The pricing is also great as I was able to pay a few months in advance and it didn’t break the bank! Highly recommend! And Natalie is truly the sweetest person!

The front desk agent was here on Friday 01/23 was so helpful. I can’t remember her name when I got here on Saturday 01/24 she was here with the same smile. I was in a rush to last minute move she was so helpful to make sure my things were secure she even told me to take my time knowing she closed at 7pm. I was so grateful for her and there was a gentleman that helped get my things in which it was just me and my kids moving our whole apartment. Again I’m very grateful for the service

Natalie was AMAZING!! From the time I entered Bee Safe Storage Natalie was extremely personable, helpful and fast, although I never felt rushed. Natalie took the time to explain everything that Bee Safe Storage had to offer and allowed me to make the best decision for myself. I have experienced other storage facilities here in Charlotte and this hands down was the best experience. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a safe, clean and spacious storage facility, to consider Bee Safe on S. Tryon St! Five Stars!!!!!!!!!!!
