Daniel Castillo who manages this location was always available to me. And I came with challenges. He takes the personal approach professionally every time. He sees his clients as people all with individual circumstances. He seems to be training his associates to be as kind and patient as he is. And I see them all thriving over there. Big Tex on Richmond Ave is well-kept and easy to use. Danny is really helpful with walking you through move-in and move-out procedures and is a sincere and professional representative for the location. Sometimes they also have rental specials for some of their units!
