I was highly impressed with the help I received from y'all's location . Great customer service is a must for me anywhere I go. And I got even more than that with your employees Jade and Doug. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. And to make sure that my move i process was smooth and fast. I am very impressed with the service I've received at y'all's location. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family . And anyone else I may hear that might be needing a storage unit in the near future. And as long as I continue to get the good customer service I have gotten I will continue to use y'all. I wanna give a big thank u them. They were absolutely amazing help.

This was honestly one of the best U-Haul experiences I’ve had. Jade was amazing — super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond by giving us extra blankets/pads for free to protect our furniture. Little things like that show she really cares about customers. If you’re renting a U-Haul, hope you get helped by Jade!

I received an email letting me know that my storage unit monthly fee will be increasing by $6.00 with no explanation (because there is not a reasonable explanation for this increase)other than just that that it will be increasing at the first of the month.This is Poor customer service and as I just expressed in my return-response email...what increases in customer service or services or value of any kind has Eado Storage upgraded and or provided to warrant any increase in the monthly fee.I have been using the storage unit for 7 months now and you would think that they would be grateful for customers who patronize there facilities. Again there has been zero increase in value for me as the customer to warrant any fee increases.I feel this is price gouging! My opinion as a Entrepreneur-Multiple business owner.Value is of the upmost importance from a customers perspective.Im sure there will be a cover all response such as supply and demand..Lol
