Hello Ownership, the elevator has been down. There has been no communications to tenants. Several people have called and emailed throughout my time onsite with no response from anyone and no on site personnel. The door has been propped open to the stairway because several moves happened and we were all relegated to using the stairs. This is a SYSTEMIC failure of poor communication. Several of us have received noticed of rate increases north of $100/unit beginning 3/1 (including me who has rented here lesd than 3 months) and the ONE elevator onsite cant stay operational nor receive timely communication so all these move in and move out happening on a SATURDAY could have planned accordingly. Hopefully by posting this review it will finally push for a response that we haven't been able to get all day.

Kim was amazing! I was having trouble reserving my unit online so I called and she helped me take care of everything. Even giving me a call back to ensure all went well. Excellent level of customer service! Thanks again Kim!

I thought Serena was great and sad when she left based on the other office managers you had, they were not good. However, in working with Kim last few years, I have to commend y’all having Kim in that spot. She is extremely helpful and is always available. Her customer service skills are highly appreciated. She contacted me recently when my son had not locked our unit properly. The office looks the best it has ever looked, as do the halls. There is definitely a pride if ownership in your building.
