I had a great experience with Big Tex Storage, and Nicole was truly amazing. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days. I've had an amazing experience with Big Tex and highly recommend it to anyone—especially those with larger moves and require 18-wheelers or larger moving trucks. Which is one of the reasons I chose this location. It's rare to find that kind of setup, especially with space to maneuver such a large vehicle. They also have covered parking, which helped me move without stopping when it rained later that day. Security here is top-notch. From surveillance to well-lit areas throughout the property, I feel completely confident leaving my items here. The staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help if I have questions or need assistance. Definitely a 5-star operation!

Quick, affordable, clean, secure storage and service areas. Dolleys and elevators and HVAC all work consistently. Have come back 3times. Friendly faces help, too.
