if there were 10 stars I'd hit 10 stars. Jacob is literally the best. He's been so helpful and accommodating during our time here. We use this unit for work as a team and I've always felt so comfortable and safe when I stop in. Easy, clean, safe!

Lisa was wonderful to work with when we needed to modify our changing storage needs. She took the time to walk us through options and help us adjust without any stress. She was flexible, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful—made the whole process easy and reassuring. The best part is she keeps the place absolutely clean!

I just rented a unit at BigTex. It was an easy online process. I went in to find my unit and was helped by Lisa Denton. She is terrific! She is so friendly and helpful! The place is clean as a whistle. My past experiences with storage have not been anything close to this.
