Boer’s is an awesome company. 2nd time we’ve used them in 4 years. Because of bad weather predictions, they sent the whole team out a day early to pack and load get everything done in 2 1/2 days vs the predicted 3 days. Our household goods are now safely in storage. Bad weather comes tomorrow. What a great team effort! We are thankful for packers: Jean, Jayna, & Karen, and loaders: Manuel, Eduardo (Team Leader), Nick. Aaron, Chris, and Anthony.

Excellent Service! Pros: Excellent communication from the first call, to the sales team that came by the house to make an estimate, to scheduling the move, and lastly, the crew, the morning of the move, to let us know when to expect them. The crew arrived and wore protective covers on their shoes. We walked through the house with the leader of the moving crew, and devised a plan together. Not a single scratch, wall mark or any other damage to the house! Rather a miracle given what they had to move. All items delivered to our next place in perfect condition and cheerfully re-assembled in place. The crews took all waste and plastic with them, swept up, and left no traces! Cons: Not a single one. Rare to work with a company these days that gets all of the details right. In particular, the crew was EXCELLENT! Good, better, BOERS indeed! Thanks!

Five stars are not enough — c’mon Google, give me five more!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every aspect of our experience with Boer’s Transfer & Storage was exemplary, and I would highly recommend them. Moving is usually a very stressful event, and out of all of the many moves we’ve made (local, across states and now in-state), this one was the best! From my initial contact with Larry Paarlberg to discuss dates and logistics to the actual moving day executed by their careful and experienced crew members, Boer’s made our move from Sawyer to Holland completely STRESS-FREE! I appreciated the constant contact I received via phone/email in the days leading up to the move and the accurate inventory Larry created, ensuring there were no surprises on move day. Even as the flurry of activity began as they wrapped our belongings and loaded the truck, I never had any concerns or questions that hadn’t already been answered. Our job leader, Aaron, and his trustworthy and professional crew of Eduardo, Parker, Chris, Orion, and John, all handled our furniture and decor with great care. They tagged and inventoried every single item and loaded both trucks in an organized manner to ensure unloading would go smoothly on the other side. They even had to wrangle an unusually-shaped and valuable vintage fireplace through a very narrow door; we weren’t sure it was going make it out of the house, so I was so relieved when they figured it out, grateful to see their problem-solving skills and determination in action! The crew showed up on time the next day to unload and place everything in our new home, and all items (even the weird-shaped fireplace) arrived intact and without damage. Boer’s came highly recommended to me, and now I know why. You cannot compare Boer’s service with that of other moving companies. Their experience and knowledge shines through from beginning to end: they make sure to accurately quantify the size/weight of your belongings and send an ample crew to make efficient work of both ends of the move. Being new to the area (and before I received referrals to Boer’s), I had obtained a less expensive quote from another moving company that quoted a crew of only two guys and one truck; my instincts told me that just wasn’t going to cut it, and our “peace of mind” was well worth the cost difference. Don’t stress yourself out unnecessarily, just hire Boer’s! The old adage of, “You get what you pay for,“ holds true — and Boer’s motto of “ Good. Better. Boer’s” is 100% true too! I’m so thankful we chose Boer’s for our move!
