What a great experience! I have been a customer of James Street Self Storage for about months. I'm impressed that they make sure that the units are clean before renting out. Stephanie answered all of my safety concern questions before I rented and made me feel at ease before renting, she is always very cheerful, friendly and very helpful! This location is Highly recommended!

I love James street self storage! They are so very friendly and very quick to respond to questions! My stuff is always clean and dry even after the horrid winter we are having.
