Britelock Storage Aurora

Update: March 2024 I recently stopped by to see if anything had improved. It appears to be under new management. It is apparent that the property has undergone extensive restoration and rebranding. In all fairness, it's worth taking a second look at because all indications are that the current management wants to promote a much different image and client experience. Worst facility I've ever used. It's been closed multiple times w/out notifying tenants. It's always some new crisis. The facility is filthy, unsecured and dangerous. Mechanical failures on a weekly basis. Access denied multiple times. This property is out of control, and the company should return every tenant's rent for this month.

I Was locked out of my storage facility during work hours on a weekday. Their customer support was supposedly getting a high volume and wouldn’t answer so they continuously texted me with a chat, but that didn’t help at all while I sat outside the gate and still have not been able to access my storage they reset my gate code and never notified me. I am current on my payments. This is unacceptable.

W love that’s its clean and secure place to store my stuff. I love that it’s street names from Aurora to locate you storage space. So fun! I think the contract and the emails are a little confusing. I get emails asking for a review now that I’ve moved out but I haven’t moved out.
