From the moment I walked in, the entire Brookhaven Stores team made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. Annette was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in her work. The rest of the staff was just as kind and attentive, creating a welcoming environment that’s hard to find these days. It’s rare to see a place where everyone works together so smoothly to make sure customers leave happy, but Brookhaven Stores does exactly that. If you’re looking for amazing customer service, friendly faces, and a team that truly cares, this is the place. They’ve earned my five stars and my loyalty!

Genuinely nice people and great storage. They always have soneone onsite for unlike a lot of chains now. They didn’t sneakily increase my price every couple months like chains do either. They were helpful and easy to work with. Would def recommend and use them again.

Was looking around at storage facilities and I came to this one to take a look. Janine was so friendly and answered all questions I had. The place is tucked away. She showed me around and the place was organized and clean. She explained all unit sizes and prices. Over all looks like a great facility.
