Budget Self Storage

Cheap prices but the manager is definitely strange. He has a weird attitude and gives me child predator vibes! You should have seen the way he would look at my 3yo daughter and would not leave us alone, gave me chills! There is definitely plenty of rat poop and pee to go around at this storage. Stored my stuff there for a little while and had to throw most of it away due to the rat infestation that these storage units have. I’m just glad I’m out of there!

There is something strange going on with this property manager. Im not sure if he racially profiled me but he refused to give me a storage and he stated he was going with his gut. I'd couldn't believe it. But the more I think about it, the whole experience of him showing me the storage was weird. He stated the lights do not work in the storage units and the storage unit I viewed had a work van in it. I'd be afraid to rent here. The property manager is profiling you and he acts weird during the interaction process. This experience was extremely weird and creepy.. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

Kind of a sketchy place to store your stuff! But I would still recommend it. I’ve been here for about two years and never had an issue. It’s super cheap and convenient unlike all the other storage places that throw on all these fees! Jason that works at the front desk is always super helpful! But PSA... there are people living in some of the storage unit but it’s cool.
