Canyon Storage

I’ve rented a storage unit from canyon storage going on 3.5 years and I have nothing but good things to say. They are locally owned & that really makes a difference compared to the other corporate owned facilities around the valley. My rent has only increased a few dollars a couple of times (since Oct 2022) compared to my other storage experiences where rent increases every few months. The facility is well maintained & again since it’s locally owned, they actually care about the upkeep & security & it shows. I would recommend canyon storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean & reliable facility for their storage needs.

Canyon Storage has been my favorite storage place to ever work with. The employees have been very respectful and helpful. The site is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place over anywhere.

BEWAREEl am yet to get a call back from Sam. This storage facility will send your things to auction without permission. My partner ransacked our apartment, made a lease with with Canyon Storage while I was in the hospital dying. My name was on the account but not the lease meaning I was allowed to access the unit but I was living in CT while I was recovering. All of my belongings were sent to auction with only the permission of my ex partner without me being notified. No one in this facility is even willing to give me any records of the procedures taken. All of my belongings are gone. Their reasoning is that my name was not on the lease ( I was dying in the hospital of course, and now all of my stuff was sent to auction without my consent. Now they won’t even give me a call or information. BEWARE.
