This is a long overdue review for Jay @ Castle Rock, I stores my vehicle with them for several years and everything was always top notch, personalized service. My car was cared for and never any issues. Jay and his facility are elite!

Castle Rock Auto Storage is one of the best experiences I have had interacting with a business! I really have no words for the level of care and professionalism that Jay and his staff display at every interaction we have had with them. They take customer service to the next level of AWESOME! As customers, we feel like part of the family. He treats our belongings with the care, safety and security you would your own. It’s with a level of love and respect that I don't think is easy to find! In my search for climate-controlled auto storage, I feel beyond lucky that I found Castle Rock Auto Storage…spotless, organized and staff that is incredibly reliable (and so nice). Jay, thank you for being the BEST!

Excellent facility, staff, and service. I stored my car here for a year while building my house, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommended!
