I reserved a unit over the phone with a gentleman that was off site and decided to go ahead and rent the unit based off the information given. I arrived and Yolanda greeted me. We walked to the unit and realized it was a standard door instead of garage door style. She immediately walked up to the office to remedy the situation. She got me into another unit that was perfect for my needs. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Yolanda. She is just so kind and apologetic (which no harm, no foul). I love that I choose this place! Give Yolanda a raise she definitely deserves the recognition and is a wonderful 1st contact for this company!
