Nooo the sold all my important stuff! I dislike that storage !

Central Park Storage 6135 S Orange Blossom Tr. Orlando, FL 32809 I had rented a unit for a year on a month to month basis. Management took it upon themselves to adde insurance to the rental. They stated I must show proof of insurance. I emailed them proof of insurance and spoke to management who stated they received the proof of insurance. He told me he would be returning the unauthorized charge to my credit card. After several attempts to get money returned with negative results I chose to remove my vehicle from storage on 12/31/2022 the final day before a new storage fee will be charged. I spoke to a lady who stated she cleared me out of the system and there will be no further charges. Today 1/1/2023 I was charged a higher rate than my previous contract and billed to my credit card account. I now have to take alternative measures to get not only the unauthorized insurance fee but the unauthorized unit rental fee. They charged me for January 2023 and my property was moved out on 12/31/2022 the end of my month to month contract. Do NOT give these people your credit card info! If you have to use them make payments on-line yourself or have a customer attorney at the ready. Very unprofessional management and staff, BEWARE!
