Chico Mini Storage

My girlfriend has a storage locker there. They're always clean and up-to-date. The owners have a laid back approach because I know we personally have forgotten to pay or storage probably about 3 months in a row lol. Not once did we receive a phone call like everybody would have from a credit card company lol. If you don't pay they just take your locker haha. We always remember and go and pay, but they're always really polite understanding and I definitely 100% recommend everybody getting a storage locker if you're in need of 1. The prices are excellent as well.

Didn't even have a chance to rent a unit at this facility. The woman answering the phone was very curt and rude. She refused to give her name. She just abruptly advised that there weren't any units available. No customer service skills at all. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

Had a terrible experience at this place. Management was unprofessional. They never had us sign a contract, yet were trying to hold us to terms and conditions that we never agreed to or were even made aware of. If you do decide to put your stuff in storage here I would just caution you to ask a lot of questions about their terms and especially their cancellation policy.
