Compass Self Storage

I rarely leave reviews, but Chastity Robillard went way beyond what I expected when I came into Compass Storage this afternoon. She had called and explained that there had been a leak in the facility and could I come over and look at the item in my storage unit. This was second leak in three years and I was not happy. Chastity was absolutely wonderful, and handled the problem Quickly and professionally. When I inquired if there was a smaller space from my piece of furniture, she quickly found one for me, and I left with a substantial monthly savings. Couldn’t be happier with her professional attitude.

Had no issues at first. I needed a unit fast and getting one was very quick and easy. Staff was great. My belongings have been in a unit for about 3 months. No issues. I went today to get some things and saw roaches & other bugs in my belongings. Truly disgusting. I am moving into a new apartment and terrified to bring anything because of the roaches. I told staff and he seemed super nonchalant and just gave me steps on how to close my unit. Didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

This was my first time renting a U-Haul and had a bad experience at other center. But as soon as we came here, we met Chasitity and she was so helpful, helped us after working ours (5pm) and made us feel comfortable with the experience!!!! Love this center.
