Adia @ the Providence location is fantastic. In the dozens of times I have interacted with her she is nothing but helpful, very polite and professional. She really wants to find a solution that meets your needs and presents the options thoroughly.

I started off annoyed with my auction but but then I was assisted by Kim (normally works in Cranston’s location) and she was great, changed my whole day around and was wicked helpful assisting me. For the first time buying an auction unit, I couldn’t ask for a better person to show me and explained to me what needed to be done.

Move out and move in was seamless and hassle-free. Which is good, because if you want to keep your rent reasonable you need to switch units every few months. They do not give any discounts for long-term rentals, it's like the opposite of a loyalty reward.
