Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Bryan was super friendly and was able to get us in the truck and out the door quickly. Went over the contract very clearly and made sure I was not charged for any additional items not requested. Would use their service again when needed.

After almost 4 years of doing business with this company, I’m extremely upset. I want to express my concern about how you ultimately changed your hours and two weeks before I had somebody come and clean my storage unit out so that they could bring it to me due to me having a heart attack I may not be able to come down there and do it as I had had a couple of conversations with the gentleman who answers the phone that’s been there for a while. He told me that the hours that they were able to get into the storage after they closed at 5 PM was up to 11 PM and then the doors were locked. You guys changed your hours to 10 PM. I sent somebody 13 hours so from Tennessee to Florida numerous miles numerous amounts of fuel and they were doing this as a good gesture to me, but we called and made sure both parties were on the line the person picking the stuff up for me and your representative and he said yes you can get into 11 PM. No questions asked he’s like I’m sorry to hear about your heart attack blah blah blah. I said thank you. I appreciate it. I said somebody will be down in two weeks when I first rented the storage unit over 3 1/2 years ago they prorated my storage for the month this time they took a full month and won’t prorate only two weeks not only am I leaving the review here I’m gonna be contacting the corporate office also in regards to these folks showing up at 10:10 PM which is on your camera system trying to put my passcode in to get in and being denied so not only did that. Leave them out stranded and frustrated, but I had to pay to put them up at a hotel and it was Valentines weekend and everything was extremely expensive and hard to find. I’m very upset with this, especially with the amount of money that I paid every month $300 a month to store my stuff there it should not be a hard situation for somebody to get into it caused extra stress extra time lots of money wasted a lot of time really frustrated with the service absolutely awful and I’m all I did was store stuff there. They should be able to get people should be able to get to their stuff 24 hours if they have a passcode that’s valid and they pay their bill like I did every month. I really would love for a representative to reach out to me. You have my telephone number. I’ve called and left numerous messages. That’s my second gripe is that I’ve left numerous messages. I know that you’ve listened to them and you haven’t called me back not one attempt to reconcile any issues or apologize even anything like that I mean this is how you treat your customers of almost 4 years that’s not right I suggest to anybody who’s going to find a storage unit. You don’t rent from Compass storage the first couple of years are great they don’t charge you a whole lot of money and then all of a sudden when they hit you with these huge storage fees cause mine jumped from $125 a month to 255 and then it went up to 300 so their fee scale is pretty steep and they don’t tell you about it.
