Extra Space Storage

I had to rent a storage unit in a hurry, and Extra Space Storage made it so easy. I was able to rent a unit nearby with the help of their customer service rep. John at the 2201 Fruitville Rd location got in touch with me immediately to welcome me and offer to answer any questions. When I got to the facility later the same day, John assisted me by taking me to my new unit (climate controlled) and showing me how to use the lock. All in all a great experience. Thank you John and your team.

Spoke to John about my rate and he knew as a long time customer that my rate needed adjustment and adjust he did! He received approval from his boss and by end of day all done!! Thank you for taking care of this and how fast this was completed! We love this place as it’s safe and clean and all the workers are friendly!!
