SmartStop Self Storage

This place is very clean, very well lit and maintained. The staff is so helpful and friendly. When I moved into a 2nd floor unit I crashed a whole box of CD’s on the floor. Chris must have ran to help me pick up and gave me a bottle of water. So thoughtful. Cameron has been so friendly and pleasant whenever I visit the office. Highly recommended to store here!

They have a huge loitering issue with people and people that live in the storage units. They also have a sanitary issue. What’s hilarious is that they raised my rate after 3 months even though they don’t even try up keeping the facilities and based on other reviews, I am not alone. See my photos and tell me if that deserves a rate hike? Typical Florida junk.

We were warmly welcomed! Allison was so nice and informative! Had a high degree of knowledge of everything we needed to know! Was genuine in providing incredible customer services and made myself and my husband feel comfortable about storage and moving our items into the unit! Perfect example of a 5 star experience!
