Crosstown Mini-Storage

Would not recommend. Storage unit was full of large rats and lots of feces when we moved out. We only rented for 5 months. The manager is rude and they have to open the building for you. You don’t have access to your unit unless they let you in. You have to call an hour ahead and they only take cash or check. Worst storage place ever.

I'd give ZERO starts of it were an option. my storage unit was broken into TWICE during broad daylight and the owners say the are not responsible for any of it and they're is nothing they can do. where are their cameras? where is their insurance? they do not have either. what bothers me the most, is that they are aware that this is happening to not only my unit but many other units and they have done nothing to prevent it from happening in the future to other units. so if you would like your stuff stolen, this is the perfect storage company to buy into. you can be a nice person that owns a company but when you do nothing to help out make right for your customers, there's something wrong with you. I guarantee the owners do not store their belongings in their own facility.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! PAY THE EXTRA $10 and go with an honest storage company, I’ve had my deceased grandmothers items she left with me in this storage, since I was moving,, it’s not the $2000 stolen ring that disturbed me, more of the thought of never being able to get her stuff back and or seeing her again, that little box of items was so precious to me no amount of anything could ever make it right. I hate this storage place and when I asked if I could see the video they said they needed a search warrant. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! YOULL REGRET IT! I PROMISE U WILL!!! Ughh so annoyed...
