Jennifer was incredibly helpful and professional! She provided excellent customer service and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find someone as friendly and knowledgeable as her. I definitely recommend CubeSmart thanks to Jennifer’s outstanding assistance, I’d recommend her to everyone!

Nick was the one that helped me originally. I moved from Colorado to Texas. He gave me a friendly reminder exactly when he said he would to secure my unit. When I went to secure that unit I met Nick and I met Miss Jennifer as well. Very pleasant people! I have since returned to put more things in this unit and I met Miss Olivia, the new manager and Miss Jennifer was there again. These people have good customer service skills. I appreciate their help.

I went to the rental office and met with Jennifer. She was great! Very knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions, she took me to see several units of varying sizes and access options so that I could make an informed decision. Jennifer was very patient with me and was willing to reserve a unit for me for a few days so that I had time to make a decision. Needless to say, her courtesy enticed me to come back and lease a unit. Just loading the unit today but so far so good! Five stars!!
