I found cube smart (after leaving public storage 12 hours of getting the unit.) Denise is amazing at Cube Smart, very knowledgeable, great customer service (Something Public Storage is severely lacking - the one off Hwy 360 N. Arlington, Crystal has a terrible attitude). I felt Denise was very transpa rent in providing information. 5 stars! 🤩

Denise was very helpful and amazing! Was in and out very quick and left with a unit, she was very nice and helpful!

We had a great experience- the young man that helped us get as very polite, explained things throughout the process. Our unit was clean but he took the extra step to run down and blow it out and showed us how to use the lock! It was refreshing to see someone go the extra mile on customer service!
