We had looked at a few storage places before deciding, but her professionalism and friendliness really made us feel confident about renting here. It was such a pleasure working with Dinah and Ana on renting my unit. I initially reserved a different unit, but things changed and Dinah asked me questions to of what I was moving to make sure I picked the correct unit for my things. We toured two different units and she broke down how everything worked and how to smoothly move my things in. From start to finish A1 customer service. I almost forgot to mention that initial discovery call and follow up to make sure that my reservation day and time still worked. I truly appreciate how through they are, their communication, and explanation for any questions I had. The unit I chose is clean and climate controlled which is what I needed for my equipment.
