Extra Space Storage

This was a great experience due to Teresa and her great customer service! She walked me through the processes of renting a unit and we went around the property on the little golf cart! I have challenges with walking so this was a great help! The prices are reasonable and I believe when I am ready to move I will be for sure using Extra Space storage as long as I can talk with Teresa and her staff!

Access is convenient, the pricing is fair, and I love how easy it is to manage everything online. Anytime I needed something, the staff responded quickly and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate my business with Extra Storage. From my 1st day until now (over a year) I had great customer service with all staff. Currently there is a new manager and she has made my experience a breeze , from obtaining a bigger storage, issues with my lock etc, she took care of me promptly and made clear of my options.
