Honestly this place deserves zero stars. Let’s first start with the unprofessional, dishonest staff at this facility. I rented this storage facility a few months ago. There is never anyone present to assist when you visit this facility. There are no available dollies or anything to assist you with your moving. The staff is dishonest even with giving their name if you try to make a complaint. The young man told me his name was Rashaad then quickly changed it to Ben once he realized I will be filing a complaint. All my items are completely destroyed by mold because of the poor insulation in this building. They refuse to show any empathy or concern when you do complain about your items being completely destroyed. Trying to contact management or someone in charge is pointless. All my clothes and furnitures are completely destroyed because of mold in this unit. The entire building appears to have a ventilation issue because I spoke to other customers who rented from this facility and has the same issue. I tried reaching out to management and yet to get a response. Im hoping the owner sees this review and have some empathy and contact me directly. Im paying for a unit only to have my things destroyed. There are no concern for your damages. The only concern seems to be the money.

Customer Service and Integrity are paramount. Upon move-in, I was charged for a lock that was left in my welcome bag, however, I had my own lock and I moved in on a day the facility was closed. I'm thinking, no biggie; I'll return the unopened lock and they will credit my account. Unfortunately, it took 3 months to receive this credit. Then, I went to pay my storage bill on the 5th of January during regular hours when the office should have been staffed. Yet, when I pulled up all the lights were off and no one was home. I returned the following morning to pay and explain why my payment was late (I am NOT paying anyone to pay a bill so I pay on site), and the gentleman admitted he left to go to the post office. I was told a request would be submitted to have the late fee removed. It WAS NOT. I reached out to customer service several times, returned to pay my February bill, still not resolved and I'm hearing from the District Manager who REFUSES to return my calls beyond the ONE call I missed from her that she's taken the word of her staff. Taking your money is fine, but righting wrongs is not of importance to them. If you find yourself needing a long-term solution where you are valued as a customer, this IS NOT the place.

Rashaad was excellent! As an older customer, he was kind, patient, and professional. He answered all my questions and walked me to my units to give me a proper orientation. I appreciate him and recommend a bonus compensation for him.
