When you post that the access for customers to enter the building is 7am-7pm then you need to honor What you have posted!!! And let me be clear, I tried to access the building at 6:45 PM!!! I had got back in my car to type up this review since I The customer can’t access the building since the building supposed to close at 7 PM.

So y’all want to raise the rent… but can’t even raise a broom? CubeSmart, explain this. The place looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie—trash everywhere, random junk laying around, and let’s not forget the full-time tenants who are clearly living out of these storage units. Y’all renting storage or running extended-stay suites? The grounds? Filthy. Maintenance? Nonexistent. Trash pickup? Rare, if ever. I’ve attached pictures so no one can say I’m exaggerating. But somehow, magically, here comes an email about a rent increase. For what, exactly? Because it’s not for cleanliness, upkeep, or security. It’s giving neglect… with audacity. Before y’all go hiking prices, how about hiking your standards? Clean the place up, enforce the rules, and act like you care—then maybe we’ll talk rent. And let’s be real—if this was one of your other locations that wasn’t in the hood, I guarantee the grounds would be spotless and the trash wouldn’t be left piling up. But because it’s this side of town, you let it slide. Unacceptable. Make it make sense, Amanda. Because right now? It’s not giving what it’s supposed to give. Mind you this has been like this for atleast a week. The employee just removed fecal matter from somewhere in the facility to take to the trash.

The rental process went quick and smooth. The young lady that assisted me was very kind and she took time to explain how everything works. Glad I picked Cube Smart and not Uhaul :)
