I have been with CubeSmart for over 8 yrs and I honestly can say there is no other storage facility that would treat you better. Besides the place being kept immaculate, the manager Felipa will go above and beyond to help you out. She's always pleasant, attentive, accommodating and if you have a special request she will try to make it happen. And if she can't, she has no problem going to her supervisor and advocating for you. That's rare nowadays, when people have no problem brushing you off because they don't want to be bothered. So, if you're looking for a location, checkout Pleasant Valley and meet Felipa... she'll do right by you. Thanks Felipa, enjoy your weekend!

I love this place, customer service at its best. Felipa always treats me in a professional manner and respect. All I can say is tha I feel my belongings are secure and there is no hassle doing business. Highly recommend this place, plus is very clean. My second unit, same quality of service that includes the whole staff.

Felipa, the store manager at #0794, is an exceptional human being. I had a fantastic experience at this CubeSmart. Felipa was incredibly patient and kind. After a few months of renting a unit, my rate had increased. I informed her that I hadn’t received any notification, and she didn’t react negatively. Instead, she listened attentively and retrieved my account information. Felipa understood that I was recovering from a brain injury. She promptly corrected the overcharge and offered me an even better deal than before. All of this happened before I even mentioned that I was considering switching places. She didn’t wait for me to bring up the other place; she took it upon herself to resolve the issue. Honestly, her actions saved me from a lot of trouble. I would have had to move everything across town, hire people, and potentially even get hurt. Given my injury, I barely leave the house. She spared me all of that hassle, without any questions asked. She truly is the real deal. I highly recommend her to anyone. It feels like genuine caring people are running the show here, at this location.
