Five stars for an exceptional storage experience! I highly recommend this facility for any storage duration. Shannon and Becky provided superb customer service and were incredibly helpful. Their efforts went above and beyond, even assisting me directly with accessing my unit. Highly recommended!

Shout out of appreciation to Becky Sosa, manager at S Lamar who responded immediately to a problem I was having with updating payment on website & handled it personally while their web-based system is apparently in transition. Especially appreciated the personal touch & not having to spend hours sorting things out with a tech support team for this simple need at holiday time. So rare these days, to get someone who reaches out to personally make something easier. In general, the office staff at the South Lamar-Kinney St location have been great & the facility is much more reliable & easy to use-- in spite of the web portal issue-- than our past chaotic experience with Life Storage in the area where we often could not get to our belongings in a timely or reasonable manner (no staff on site, elevator out frequently requiring walk up several flights of stairs to move items in or out.

I had a great experience with this facility! I needed a storage unit quickly after a break up, and they made the experience so easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful :) I would definitely use again if needed.
