Employee at the desk was very nice. The process was simple. The price was great for the unit size. Everything is very secure. You have to have an access code to get through every door. There are even carts to help move your items into the unit. Thank you so much cubesmart for making this such an easy process. I got a call that I needed to get a unit at 3pm and was fully moved into the unit by 930pm.

So, I stopped by CubeSmart thinking I’d just rent a storage unit. Instead, I met Hilario — the General Manager — who runs the place like a friendly secret agent of safety and good deals. He’s professional, polite, and somehow still manages to explain policies without making your eyes glaze over. Safety is clearly his number one mission, and I fully believe the man could spot a dodgy lock from a mile away. When I mentioned I’d be storing art amongst other things, he didn’t just nod — he asked about the medium. (Who does that?) Then he suggested I consider a smaller, climate-controlled unit once Texas remembers it lives on the sun. Honestly, smart advice from someone who pays attention.Literally : Cube Smart! Now, here’s where I braced for the usual “but the insurance will be extra” line… except Hilario hit me with the rarest phrase in retail history: “It’s included.”. Transparency? In this economy? The price was lower than my old unit, access was stupidly easy, and the entire property was spotless. I left actually excited about having a storage space, which is not a sentence I ever thought I’d say…

Hilario was super helpful throughout the process of reserving and checking on to secure my storage unit. He is very proactive and professional and a pleasure to work with. I'm glad I choose this location work Hilario!
