She helped me correct my initial room selection and even took the initiative to walk me through different units so I could make an informed decision. Just went to cube smart in Bayonne NJ to rent a small storage unit. I was greeted by a young woman who was cheerful and friendly. She introduced herself and asked if I could use some help and I told her that I was interested in renting a storage unit. She proceeded to ask what size unit I needed and I said I wasn’t sure. She replied no problem and asked me what I was using the unit for. She took me to look at a few different units to see which one would work best for me. I found a unit that was perfect for my needs and started the rental process. Aniyah was professional and made sure she went through the whole process of the rental agreement. She covered everything from the price to the rules and everything else that I needed to be aware of. When I was finished and all signed up she took a moment to show me how the elevator works. I wanted to write a little review letting others know what a good experience I had with Cubesmart and both Aniyah and Nacole. Two extremely helpful and professional and friendly people.

The CubeSmart location in Bayonne is plagued by the elevators being broken- sometimes both are down at the same time. I’ve had to walk up and down 7 flights multiple times to access my unit. When the elevators are down, the staff prop the main door open as well as all the doors to every floor. This is a safety hazard as anyone can walk in from the street. The parking lot is also a sheet of ice.
