Delta Self Storage - Bayonne

The facility is clean and well lit. Myriam is kind and friendly. She made me feel comfortable as soon as I stepped into the office. She walked me to my unit while explaining the safety features in the facility which made me feel safe accessing my unit. I am sure I found the right storage place.

Delta Storage appears to be very clean, safe, and secure. Their surveillance system is actually quite impressive, but bottom line, the prices are very reasonable compared to the local competitors. Hopefully, my opinion doesn’t change in the future because of outrageous rent increases, which is why I no longer rent with the other two local competitors! In terms of customer service, Jessica is an absolute gem! She was very helpful, pleasant, respectful, and patient as she answered all of my many questions! I’m confident that I’ve made the right decision by choosing to rent here. My only regret is I wish I discovered this place 4 years sooner! 😅

To be honest, the 5 star review is for Jessica. Jessica was the deciding factor when I chose Delta. Jessica is very personable, thorough, and super welcoming. I feel like I’ve know her years and trust that my belongings are in good hands!! 👍👍
