Extra Space Storage

Have rented for 2 yrs very spacious and clean able to access unit after 6pm is great. Started with an affordable price and ended with a very high price until Termia Frierson very nice, understanding and professional help me with my situation. I’m very grateful for the prayer that she has done for me. If I had to rate her she’ll get 5+ stars. Thank you Termia

They raise the price often. You start out thinking, great this is $70.. then surprise you have to take mandatory insurance and now total $100.. then in a year, they double the price and when I complained they lowered it by $50. Now $165! And 5 months later they increased again and now $213!! Unbelievable! When you call they tell you it goes by the market.. But the price never ever goes down. I have spoken to several people and even watch the YouTube video that said the same. This is my first storage company, I don't know if they all do this but this one was terrible with cost. Well run, clean and easy to access but I would recommend negotiating your price and paying by the year otherwise there will be surprises. I would have kept the unit indefinitely but they forced me out.

My family was with another storage company that's big nationwide and the service just isn't comparable. Customer service did not exist there, the experience is night and day. ESS works with you on almost everything, they remind you of everything. I couldn't be more satisfied and I will never change to a different company unless I move somewhere that they don't exist.
