I had a great experience renting my storage unit thanks to the Lynn at CubeSmart on Monroe rd. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He took the time to show me different units and helped me pick which one would be best for my needs. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the great job he did. Highly recommend!

The front desk employee was super helpful with finding my unit and letting me know the best way to access it. I love the security with the passcodes on the front door and to get into your area of the building. Overall so far my experience has been 10/10

Great experience checking into my unit after have tried many other storage facilities. Lynn was great at getting me checked in and showing me to my unit. He also explained that they check all the locks every morning to make sure every unit is secure. There are many checkpoints to enter the gate code and my belongings felt safe.
