CubeSmart Self Storage

I keep a storage unit here for my club at TAMU. The other day, the key to my lock snapped inside the lock. Without skipping a beat, William came to help me as soon as I called the store. With a busy schedule and some administrative duties for my club, I had to leave and come back later in the day. Charley called me to help me determine who had access to my account. When I returned, William quickly helped cut off my old lock and purchase a new one. Both employees were so kind to me and helpful!! Thank y'all so much!!!

This is the best storage in town! Charley and Will were very helpful with an issue we were having. She even following up with me. Wow! Great customer service! Give Charley a raise! She deserves its!
