Very helpful and friendly customer service. I needed to reschedule my move in because I got sick with a virus and management had called me various times and I was sleeping getting over my sickness. When I finally called her back she was more than helpful rescheduling my move in date. Sweet attitude and a big g smile on her face. I feel very welcome here.&

Honestly if I had it to do over again I feel like I’d have gone elsewhere. Between getting locked inside the facility on the first visit and then the morning I had movers coming calling ahead to verify all was well with the unit- then arriving with movers to find the u it had been locked my management who was not in their office and not back by the specified “will return by” time I have not had an awesome experience and this situation has wasted a lot of my and my colleagues time. The customer service people over the phone and the on site manager once finally located we very good 4/5 times. But I really feel like having to have 5 interactions including waiting on hold while locked inside a facility is a bit much. I ordinarily wouldn’t have written a review but the automated system asked me to do it. Multiple time so fine. Ask for the truth and I’ll give it to you. I’d advise to be sure to rent the correct sized space that you need and to go for the first time when there is a staff member on site. I think that would have avoided about 80% of my issues.

I was quoted a different price than I received when I arrived to get a closet. If I wasn't so tired I would've went somewhere else. Stacy was very polite and helpful. The facility is nice and clean and the staff I've seen over the last couple days have all had great customer service skills and very friendly.
