Thank you. Customer service sets the atmosphere for the relationship one has with businesses. Angela was wonderful. Her personality and humor didn't have me thinking I had to worry about a closet serial killer, like some other employees I've met at other storage companies. She made me feel comfortable, also to the fact that she was going around the property every time I was unloading my belongings. CubeSmart you have a great employee that could work in customer service in any field. Angela. Thank you!

Went to pick up my things that have been stored for almost a year. When we moved in there was nothing inside except the keys/paperwork. When we were moving things we noticed droppings. Mice, rats.. same same. By the time we had moved everything out. There were atleast 4 packets of poison in the unit. Meaning someone opened the unit, tossed them in.. and I mean they were alllll the way in the back! Stuff had been destroyed with urine and them eating my woven Christmas collar. But no one had ever reached out to let us know that they were doing that. I would’ve cancelled a lot sooner! And guess what? The insurance you have to pay for monthly, doesn’t cover it! How convienent. Thennn on top of that, they charged me another month when they shouldn’t have because it was already cancelled. Obviously it’s a storage unit and outside, but geez. Oh and the gates didn’t work half the time and the back gate stayed open :)

It’s been a very smooth process getting a space, getting into and out of the place and having a nice clean storage space. Other than loading my stuff in everything else was done online. Very convenient!
