Judith was so helpful in assisting me in finding the right unit for me. She was very polite and knowledgeable when it came to picking out the right size of unit needed. She went out of her way to show me several units. So appreciative of her assistance.

Very helpful staff during move out. They supported me through process, all the help from the management team during my stay was great. The one drawback to the facility is that they have very few elevators and require you to type in codes to move in and out so the move in process can take a while

On 1/24/26, I had to go into the office of cubesmart in Miami, Fl on NW 20th Street. I spoke with Judith and she was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful, she listened to my concerns and she genuinely cared. I truly appreciated that!
