Easy sign-up / lease. Excellent customer service. Spots tight to get in/out of. Single lane parking lot. No easy turn-around.

It was all good till management changed last year. Had cat stolen from my rv while parked at the facility. When found, checked other two rvs like mine and also saw cats stolen from there as well. No compensation of any kind from cubesmart. Filed police report but no hope that will do anything.

It’s a tough job dealing with people like me :) Joaquin did a great job of explaining the situation in a calm manner and coming up with solutions that work. Thanks for the excellent customer service. I have a few accounts with cube smart and will continue to do business with them because of great employees like Joaquin.
