CubeSmart Self Storage

People talk regardless. This place is okay for the price yóu pay plus one mónth free. There's cameras everywhere! Not to mention you have to purchase insurance. I've had no issues other than poor customer service by staff. They should hire me for upgraded stars and reviews.

This place is super sketchy and very very poor quality. I signed up online since no one is at the office in the middle of the day. I get my gate code and go through the gate. My code to open the interior door won't work so I speak to costumer service for half an hour until they give me a code that does work. I finally get inside and all the units look like they have been broken into at one point or another. All the doors are made from PLYWOOD. This looks like someone's garage they hastily made into DIY storage. There are roaches on the floor. I find my unit but it's locked with a yellow puck lock and I can't get in. Management is not here. At this point it's been an hour since I tried to move in and no one is here or able to complete the process. CubeSmart should be ASHAMED of this location. Finally someone on the phone tells me that This is a modified security access location And they only allow you to be moved in by a manager, but no one is here and I have been waiting over an hour.

Very friendly lady at the office. Went over everything very thoroughly and explained the whole process. Answered all of our questions. When we arrived to check out our unit it was very clean and there was a bag with a brand new lock and keys. We are very happy we chose this storage facility.
