I had to get a storage 8 months ago and I wish I would have gotten it here when I did. The location is super close to where I live , the hours are realistic hours that work with my work schedule and the price is the best part. The staff was super quick and informative when I got there and answered all my questions. This is the best decision I have ever made for my life!! Thank you Cubesmart!!

Manager on-site was very helpful and made sure my unit was cleaned and ready when I arrived 😀 He also changed my lock handle on my unit The same day I moved in, so I could use a high security lock 🔐 (which I purchased from cube smart) . He assisted me with setting up my renters insurance that I have with USAA insurance. My account is all good and set up for automatic payments. Overall a GREAT experience!! Thanks 😀

I paid and ordered a 10 5 x 10 and received my storage three digit number and was told that the last four digits of my phone number along with those three digits would open the gate. There was a sign on the gate that said that the gate would not open during working hours when I try to get the storage on that day, which was Saturday no one was in office and it was office hours so are you doing a proper business or not? I’m not happy with you guys and I haven’t even moved in to my storage space if you don’t get the gate problem resolved, I will expect a full refund expeditiously. I could not get in the gate so I can drop off my things. I am on a deadline. I have to get my things in there early tomorrow I have other things to do and I have to return my keys where I live otherwise I will get a notice or a fine or even an infection on my record And I’ll be all because you at CubeSmart is not falling through on your responsibilities as far as working hours and the gate opening for me
