I would give a 5 star but we started off in not the greatest service as the business hours are Monday- Saturday and we showed up on a Saturday to finish all the paperwork and get the lock and it was closed. I ended up talking to someone and explained the situation and she apologized and I went in on Tuesday and got everything situated. The young lady that helped was great and attentive with great customer service. She apologized again for the inconvenience they caused on Saturday. After that small hiccup everything has been really good!
