Jackie was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with such a warm and happy smile that I instantly knew my experience was going to be great. Since it was my first time, she took the time to show me the storage units and explain the differences clearly. She went over the rates and prices in detail and made everything so easy to understand. Jackie did an amazing job if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend CubeSmart, and I’m so grateful they have Jackie as their manager.

The process to reserve a storage unit online is convenient and easy. After reserving online, I was able to begin using a storage unit the same day. The person at the front desk is welcoming and very patient in explaining all of the paperwork.
