Very clean, management was helpful and courteos, Shawn was delightful to do business with! They have good rates, move in easy. I'd recommend this storage unit, especially for when you need a shipment signed. They staff the office daily with real people!

Shawn was so helpful in my moving and storage process. I had a great experience at this storage location. Yesterday he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was patient, professional, and answered all my questions clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing good service. Definitely appreciate the help and would recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable storage.

I just moved into this storage unit, so I'm hoping this review isn't premature. But I don't think it is I am so happy I moved here. Sean and Liz have been the most fantastic people that you could possibly deal with. This is my third facility in as many years. I moved from Public Storage in burien-and not to knock them too much-but wow, it's like night and day: twice as big a unit, first floor access no hills, lights in every unit, a public restroom, climate controlled, someone always present in the office, and of course it's across the street from where I live! If you're looking for a storage facility give this location to consideration.
