This storage location was clean, secure, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and professional, and the rental process was quick and stress-free. Excellent experience overall — highly recommend. I dealt with manager Richie and worker Aborn . Both was great .

Richie helped me through the entire process. He was diligent in following up with me to help secure the unit I reserved online. He was so helpful, showing me a few different options and answering all of my questions. I found the pricing very reasonable compared to other facilities. I highly recommend CubeSmart and Richie at the Ellis St location.

Richie was phenomenal at checking me in expeditiously. He also explained everything I needed to know about the storage facility and was kind enough to escort me in and open the door for me. He was great. I really appreciate him. I hope my time is cube smart is as good as the service I received today.
