I appreciate the staff of this facility more than ever today. I lost control of my email account a few days ago, and I learned last night that someone was sending places. I do business with paid bills to really hurt full emails. So I started making phone calls this afternoon to communicate verbally with these places. I do business with and let them know that this happened. That it wasn't me sending them these hurtful messages and just that entire kind of situation can be a lot. And everyone I dealt with at this company. Today was empathetic, kind, professional, intelligent enable to think through and process a delicate complicated situation. And I really deeply appreciate it. He was embarrassing to have to make those phone calls and tell people man, it wasn't me. They were interacting with through email. There wasn't fun and I knew I ran the risk of some people. Not believing me not knowing me well enough to trust me. So I just wanna thank the staff at this company. And how both ladies, I spoke to on the phone today, were really kind and very professional. And helped me sort it out, and I just wanted to leave this review, to say that something like that is really above and beyond. And not in the everyday scope of doing business with each other. And I thank you for being willing.I'm being good people at your core

I started an online reservation and processed the paperwork online. It was fast and easy but I was having difficulties with the app. Between Kathy and Christopher, they were both amazing and direct with what I needed and helped as much as they could to solve the issue. I'm on a time crunch and couldn't solve the issue right away and had to cancel my rental unit but the team there , especially Chris, are amazing. Maybe in the future if I need a storage unit on the fly, I'm definitely coming back to them.

To start even to sign up I spent 1 hour and I had to go back as well ...Then the app was not working for my driver the guy at the front desk there is lazy.. not good ,system sucks before you can get the elevator you have to wait till at app unlock the door and is not happening right away you have to wait even to close my account after I when there I had to go again because they said I had to open the unit they can't ( the lazy guy told me )....and the place is near by a store house of weed you need to close your nose... ...I won't recommend it at all
