Filed an FTC and BBB complaint for their collection practices. Avoid this place. No way to pay or change payment methods online or over the phone. Racks up numerous late fees and won't let you make a partial payment to pay the past due amount on your account to catch things up. What they do to place people in a bind if they miss a payment should be illegal.
