I rarely give out 5 stars as you can see by my reviews‼️ However, I've rented storage in multiple cities & states & have had tons of AWFUL EXPERIENCES‼️ Yet every time I have gone for service at this storage biz I have been treated with the utmost COURTESY, KINDNESS, and they CONSISTENTLY give me the BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT‼️ The customer sensitivity & SERVICE IS AMONG THE BEST BUSINESSES I'VE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH‼️ Keep up the fantastic level of service and customer empathy‼️👍🏼 You guys are stand out SUPERIOR in the Inland Empire‼️ I STRONGLY RECOMMEND these guys when you're looking for storage!! AAA+++ !!

The owner here is wonderful, very kind and considerate. He helped me after my father's death with Dad's unit, he didn't have to bit he was a gentleman and I can't say enough good things about him.

It has never really been busy when I'm there and the place is kept really clean there is a person that lives on site and watches the gate like a hawk I would recommend this for all your storage needs
