Deep Ellum Self Storage

Gratitude's an oft-forgotten virtue in business and, while one would hope it informs most if not all reviews, in my case, most often, it doesn't -- they’re intended to recount a negative experience so as to warn those who might follow. Not so in this case of Deep Ellum Self Storage and the eminent gent at the helm. I stored my household effects there for an intended four months that turned into 15, and checked in at least monthly. An educated guess is that I was one of the few who entrusted my domestic possessions, many prized, to a large unit with a large lock whereas most others store heavy machinery, automobiles and parts or occupational implements. For safety and surveillance, order, efficiency and operability I rate this place very highly, indeed. One might observe such attributes, though, at many storage facilities. What distinguishes Deep Ellum Self Storage, and I'm proud to echo those who came here before me, is the level of service and support with the sense of personal vigilance over what you're storing. The business is great because the owner is present, conscientious and committed to his business as a function of commitment to each customer. I witnessed this many times during my check-ins, and it aligns with what I learned of him. GRATEFUL, INDEED, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I second everything that the other five-star reviews have mentioned. You will find a level of customer service here that goes above and beyond. It is truly a "boutique" self-storage option - pretty special. I've worked with several storage facilities over the years, this is one that helped our small business get back on our feet, thank you Ed and Dan.

To be honest, you're lucky if you get a spot in this place. Ed is the man and lives onsite watching over everything. Couldn't be a better storage experience.
